Trevor Rodriguez has excellent Customer service my car was ready at the time promised. I usually wait for my car at Honda dealer I'm a Customer since 2008, and management should offer at least free coffee for customer appreciation, like Toyota dealer and other dealers near you
The Pandemic it's over!!, don't put lame excuses!, I leave a lot of money fir the Honda Company, I deserve some appreciation.

I don’t understand making an appointment and having to wait over 2 hours just to find out what’s wrong with your tire and then another 45 minutes to fix. Why bother making an appointment, I could have just drove up and been seen in less or the same amount of time. Sometimes you guys are great at getting things done efficiently and sometimes not so much
