The repair took 4 hours longer than originally expected and the technician tore an AC hose. Now I have to come back in 3 days and waste more of my time for that to be fixed. I was never offered any sort of compensation like a free oil change or even a carwash, which I think would have been an appropriate gesture given the inconvenience.
