I was very disappointed that my driver's side seat back zipper was not repaired under warranty. My vehicle has less than 22,000 miles on the odometer and is only thirteen months old.

I took my car for a recall. When I got my car back my car had a strong sent of gasoline to the point it was giving me a headache. My kids also complained of the strong smell. I called the service department to see if it was normal. They had me take my car back in for inspection. As of right now the smell is gone but I still need to put gasoline to see if the issue was resolved. This time around the plastic from the back seat next to the door is sticking out and I'm afraid my kids can get hurt when they are getting in the car. Not sure what to do next. Not happy at all.
