The time they made me waste was priceless. I arrived at 11:18 am without an appointment and they had 3 cars in front of me, so they would have given me the car by 2 pm at the latest. I had to ask someone about my car and 30 minutes later they told me that I had to change a part, that is, almost 3 and a half hours with nothing resolved.
