Trevor was incredible and super kind and patient!! Unrelated and not at all Trevor’s fault - since driving my van, my rear camera is no longer functioning and that is unacceptable. I have left a msg with the service dept Tuesday am and hope to have it corrected today (Wednesday 6/24) I leave for out of town this wkd and Wednesday is my only time to get this corrected. This should not have happened.

When I drove into the service area, I saw about 8+ men taking about a 10-15 minute break in the service drive through. That doesn't leave a very good impression when clients are waiting.
When I was taken to the counter, service was good from that point on.

George Raygoza did a great job checking me in and keeping me updated on the progress of my car servicing. I appreciate that he was able to waive the diagnostics fee since the issue was identified and the battery needed to be replaced. However, when I was driving home after picking up my car, I noticed the steering wheel was leaving a black residue on my hands. I used wet wipes to clean the steering wheel and it was black. I had to clean every touchpoint, including the gear lever, electric brake lock, and door handle, all of which had black residue on it. I don’t think the mechanic used a barrier when touching the interior of my car because there was a lot of black residue that I had to clean up. A photo was texted to the same Honda phone number that was used to inform me of the status of my car.
