Michael Barr was amazing once again with great customer service. Michael has taken care of me several times since I bought my Honda in 2021. This time I had a blowout on the 605 freeway and my tire was shredded. I have my NEPHEWS with me and we were planning on doing some shopping and a workout. Michael made an executive decision because the tire I desired was not in stock. He got me back on the road in less than two hours with an equally good tire. I’ll continue to have my car only serviced at Norman Reeves Cerritos.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Wanted too speak to service advisor but he was out for lunch, and service manager wasn't there either. I was told a could wait for him but I already was there for 3 hrs with an appointment for a smiple recall issue.
I called later and left a message with Mr Vasquez but he never returned my call.

Oscar was very professional and helpful. However I wish the service team would have remembered to reset my radio after the new battery was installed. It necessitated a call back to service department once I discovered this as I was driving home. Fortunately Oscar was able to assist me over the phone with resetting it. Also it would have been nice to have known before the work was done that the new battery installed only had a one year warranty. Perhaps I could have been given another option for a battery with a longer warranty
