I love dealing with Norm Reeves Honda service department. I bought my 1st Honda from them and though I did not buy my 2nd one thru Norm Reeves I have chosen now get my car serviced by Norm Reeves and working Miguel was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable and I did not experience pressure to get unnecessary service performed on my car as I did the other dealer. Great job!

After having my vehicle serviced due to its routine maintenance service, a maintenance light came on. Today I was finally able to stop in to have the problem rectified. After waiting an hour for a maintenance team member to check out my vehicle, I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. The maintenance light was turned off and I left. While driving back home, the light went back on again. Now I have to bring my vehicle back a second time! This is ridiculous and I’m not satisfied with Norm Reeves Honda.

You dealership did not complete the service that I paid for. I purchased a new replacement key fob with attached alarm remote. I waited for over two hours and once I was told the car was ready, I assumed the new key fob was programmed to turn alarm on and off. When I got home, I noticed that the new key did not work for the alarm. Now I have to return to your dealership again to get this fixed. Meaning I have to take time off from work to get this taken care of.
