No communication from my advisor. When I called someone informed me that my vehicle would be ready in an hour. Later, I got a text my vehicle was ready for pick up and it was not. Upon arriving my advisor was not there. Someone else helped me. The gentleman said that my ticket was prematurely closed so I got a notification that my vehicle was ready when it was not. I had to wait till it was done.
