The transaction went well but I was concerned that 5 minutes after I left, I got a notification on my car that my tire pressure was low. I didn’t want to have to wait for the service again so I went to a near by gas station to put air in my tires. I thought my service of the tire rotation and balancing would include them checking my tire pressure.

The service department fraudulently recommended repairs that were dishonest. After being proven erroneous they continued to make excuses refusing to take responsibility. I escalated with Manager Michael Vasquez, which was unprofessional did not take responsibility for the actions of his subordinates. I escalated to Michael Morrell and made excuses as well
refusing responsibility. This must be referred to the Atate Attorney General’s office consumer division, Department of Motor Vehicles automotive repair division, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau ect.
