Ricardo Badillo , in the service dept looked into my car that had NO AC.Exlpained to him that it may be a warranty issue(Tsb 19-091)Ric had his dept check my car and advised me that. the AC is working for now but car needs to come back in a few weeks to determine where the issue/ leaks are.. I went it for an air condition issue. The passenger side blows both stronger and colder. I relayed this to my advisor. He had the car looked at and told me it was a user error and that I don’t know how to operate my ac unit in my car properly. It is 4 days later and I’m still having the air condition issue. This is unacceptable

my honda guy wasn’t helpful when it came to me picking up my car after hours. the representative I spoke to had a better resolution for me than he did. and when I went to pick up my car on 4/19/21 at approximately 8pm the receptionist was so unfriendly and unhelpful. a honda sales guy came out to help me and led me to the reception desk to ask for my keys and she didn’t even turn around to look at us when we came in. she didn’t even say anything when he asked if my keys were there, she just starred at her computer and nodded her head no. so unprofessional & rude

I am very appreciative of Bryan Ortiz’s helpful and informative service. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to in regards to my problem with my Odyssey. I appreciate the fact that he called me to inform me of the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. He was nice to let me know the cost too. He called me let me know the van was ready and I appreciate him taking his time to do that.
My only complaint was that I had to wait about twenty minutes for someone to help me since Bryan was on lunch break. There were not enough service managers to help customers.
