Ricardo Badillo is very professional serving Honda customer. He tried to show concern on the car problem , very attentive... He is very patient working my car problem....He is reliable .. he has really knowledge on car mechanic.. He is the right person I can depend... I highly recommend him to other Honda car owners. Appointment was for 11 am did not receive vehicle back till 5 after being told to give until 330 4ish. I told him what the problem was as another dealership found it beforehand. Only after waiting for 7 hours to be told the problem was what I said and now I have to wait a week to get parts and set up a new appointment possibly having to miss work for the next one. This is ridiculous and I won't be returning to norm Reeves for future service appointments. On top of that I called and left a message with the service manager and still haven't received a call back. I understand Joseph was doing his job but I wasted a whole day basically waiting to be told I'm right and come back a later date. This was my first Honda with your store and I'm sick to my stomach at the service I received. Also the updates on my service were not promptly made as I didn't receive not one update until 3:27 pm what's the point of an appointment if your time is shared with others very very unsatisfied with Norm Reeves Honda....can't believe I purchased a vehicle from you guys.

I made an appointment for 940 am. I arrived early but no one checked me in for 15 min. I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I did not receive any updates but when I showed up at 1pm, I was told that they hadn’t even started work on it. It ruined my work day. They told me I’d get a rental car. That process took another hour. My car was not ready until midday the next day. I asked Juan to make sure he calls me at 11am to give me an update before I drove an hour from my house to the dealership. He did and the car was ready. They fixed a bunch of recalls, one for the crackling in the car stereo. The car stereo was crackling on the way home even though the radio was not even on. The next day, the sliding door was not working properly compared to before and I know that was another recall item supposedly fixed. Not happy at all with my experience. I drove extra far to try to loyal to this dealership where I bought this Honda instead of my local Honda dealership in Torrance. I regret the time I spent.
