Ramiro Montes went above and beyond the duties as a service advisor. He was professional, polite and explained anything that was done on my car and upcoming services that I need in the future. I had an appt at 749am. I was told to expect for it to be done by 10am so I decided to wait. 1030 came and no update from Julie Canales. I went up to her desk to ask, only to be told that my car will not be ready until 1230. Communication could have been a lot better. I missed my 1030am appt somewhere else. I could've been notified much earlier and proactively...without me having to follow up.
