I had to call to find out my car was ready. I didn’t get a call from my service person after I called 4 hours into my service to get an update. Not did he call me once it was ready. Also, the issue with my Apple car play wasn’t addressed. It was obvious as soon as I connected my phone.

Every time I’m there to pick up my car, there isn’t a good system to have someone help me other than just stand in the way and wait for someone to acknowledge me. Also, my car is always “just out front” but it never is. It’s always on the farthest side of the parking lot and i have to go searching for it.

Juan Huezo made me feel like I had no other choice but to do all the services he said my car needed. He told me if I didn’t that my cars warranty would be void which wasn’t true. He also told me that he’s had people that didn’t listen and they ended up having to pay $1700 because their warranty was void for not listening to recommendations. I felt threatened and harassed to do what he said.
