Never have I felt the disrespect and devalue that I have as a customer. The issues I brought it in for weren't even fixed. I've been given no follow-up or solution. No customer satisfaction.

They did not fix my Pilot’s alarm. This afternoon the alarm went off again. I asked Karr Alarm they give me an appointment at Norm Reeves Honda on Monday, January 17th. I feel that they will not fix the alarm on Monday. This Pilot is the 3rd Honda that my wife and I bought from Cerritos Norm Reeves. Let’s see. Thanks

I would like to leave a comment regarding a service advisor at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore by the name of Ruben Marquez on Wednesday January 12th, 2020. Mr. Marquez reached out to keep me updated on the status of the service of my vehicle and informed me that the complete the service of my damaged tire would cost $247.95 which I could not afford and consequently declined. Mr. Marquez advised against taking the vehicle due to the damage of the tire and I insisted I would come and collect my vehicle and get the tire replaced somewhere that I can afford. Mr. Marquez then felt it necessary to tell me that I would end up "Stranded on the side of the road". As if that weren't already completely unprofessional, impolite and entirely unnecessary; Mr. Marquez took it a step further by including in his notes on my invoice "Customer[]...will leave the vehicle stranded on the side of the road." My interactions with Mr. Marquez over the phone felt as if he was employing scare tactics in order to get me to complete the service for the $247.95 fee by suggesting I would end up stranded by the side of the road if I didn't approve the repair with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. The personal comment in the noted of the invoice that (I, myself) the customer will leave the vehicle stranded on the side of the road felt very spiteful and petty. I don't trust Mr. Marquez to provide any service in the future to any vehicle I may have serviced with Norm Reeves Honda superstore and if this is a reflection on the 'quality' of professional from Norm Reeves Honda superstore then there is also a great deal of consideration to having any service done at this location entirely.
