I was disappointed to see that not all the staff were wearing their masks properly. Some staff inside had their noses out of their masks, which made me very uncomfortable during the omicron surge. I had to stand next to an employee who had his nose out of his mask for over ten minutes. He was working at the computer behind me, so I was forced to stand close to him while he wasn’t being respectful of others’ health and safety. Interactions like these make me not want to come back because I feel my safety is not considered.

Unprofessional customer service (by: Joseph Vargas). We don't deserved raising voice, putting words in our mouth saying we lost the spare keys ordered when we were honestly saying that we didn't have them, this was going back and forth on the phone for a while! He also stated he won't refund us for the small amount after paying almost $7,000 in service for our old Honda Odyssey, and slamming the phone at the end of the call! (again..Very Unprofessional). Communication is very poor! Don't pick up or get back at you on time.
As a loyal customer of Cerritos Norm Reeves and having all our friends and families purchased new vehicles for decades and especially AFTER purchasing another Brand New 2021 Type R for $50,000 in Green Cash. We deserve better treatment.
