I think Honda should be responsible for defective parts. The ac problem that my car has, is happening on the Civics. I don’t think it’s fair for the consumer to pay something that the manufacturer knows is bad.

I dropped my car off on 4/26/22 & have received 2 texts to come pick my car up, even though Elmo told me that they haven’t fixed the starter problem abd have even provided a diagnostic from Downey Honda, so they can fix my starter problem. Christina Ortega has not called me back and I left messages yesterday 4/26/22 & today 4/27/22.
