Never did tech initiate contact with me; I was there from 8:30 am (appt) to 3:30 pm. Nothing was signed by me until paperwork given a few hours into the afternoon. Still car not ready when I last checked and by then the technician checked with the mechanic while I was standing there and learned that the car wouldn’t be ready that day.
Had I not check with the technician I would’ve continued sitting there until probably five or six in the afternoon. I spent more than $2000 and I have more to say but I’m exhausted and just going to rest. I am elderly

I’m a long time customer and the waiting time keeps getting rediculos. For the past two visits for an oil change I requested a tire rotation and was not done. I don’t understand why the refusal if the tires were purchased at your location.
