The technicians couldn’t solve my rattling problem on my Honda civic, even tho they heard the noise on the test drive they left it like that because he said he doesn’t know what he’s doing, He lied to Ivette Rodriguez and said that the noise is gone but it’s not. I have all the dashboard cam records and proofs. I spent two days in a row and couldn’t receive a solution. I’ll be contacting Honda USA and show the result that I received with proofs. That was my last time in that branch. Im not gonna visit Honda NR HB again.

The personal detail asked about needs was important and since my husband use to take care of this car I was nit totally aware of the needs. There appears to be honesty nit selling me up or things I do not need The car needs tires . Sorry your prices are so high or I would have bought from you I will be back specifically because of the Uber shuttle replacement and the nice sales person talking with me about the hov sticker car clarity.

That is why when I met Yvette the first time, I didn’t feel comfortable right away because I wanted to see if she can give me what I want and if she can make me happy by the time I left the your place! But as I see her continuously she Always amazes me with the help and the customer service she’s been giving me! She’s very patient with the things I’ve always asked her to do with my car and she always giving her time to show me what is going with my car or she’s always helping me to figure things out that I have no clue on how to operate in my Vehicle! Great customer service. Service advisor only sold me services that I need. Unlike other service centers, they sold you products and services that you don’t really need just to make money out it. Honda Norm Reeves Huntington Beach did not take advantage of its customer.
