He is always very clear in explaining what services may be needed, discussing options, and his follow-up with me is always timely and detailed. Service filled my tires to 32 psi when they are clearly labeled 50 psi. I didn't want to second guess the mechanic. But driving home was sloppy with squishy tires and I realized they were wrong. I am returning tomorrow so this can be rectified. Driving on low tires can damage them and I will be very upset if this occurs due to honda service error.

Hello Anthony Ortiz We wanted to share our experience at your place. We are sending this email to you to let you know that we are extremely satisfied with Yvette (I hope we spell it right) she has been an extraordinary help to us. She was extremely courteous and understanding our situation. She was extremely compassionate very nice to me. We had a problem with the battery that it was not even a year old this battery is been giving us a lot of trouble we’ve been trying to charge it but never holds a charge. We like the service “non-contact” it was extremely speedy she tested the battery and found out it was not working properly so she replace it on the spot she was very professional. Even carry the battery to our Volvo car. The technician Daniel was also surprised that the battery was not working properly he suspected it was faulty from the beginning. We are very impressed with your service and your employees. We will be recommending this location to our friends that have a lot of Honda cars. First I want to say Lilly was very nice and so professional. She does a great job. The reason I'm not satisfied is because 2 days after my oil change, transmission service and "inspection" I started having problems. My car has been driving fine. I service my car regularly and drive less than 10k a year. I never got a warning light or any indication something wasn't right until I brought it in for service. This is my 3rd Honda but the only one I've had longer than 3 yrs because I usually lease. I don't believe I will get another Honda. I have been looking at Pilots but now I'm concerned that after 50k miles things go wrong. ???????????

Jacob was Awesome!! He was really nice! And took care of my car for an oil change really quick. I used to have a Mazda and would spend hours at their place to get my Mazda fixed. Honda is so much better I’m happy I bought a Honda.

One major complaint is that one of my driver side rear lug nuts was completely loose after receiving service at Norm Reeves HB. Luckily I was able to take it to a third party service and have them fix that for free. I am disappointed that each time I come to Honda I do not feel truly appreciated as a customer, rather as a sucker to be squeezed out of as much money as I can be. Services Viviana tried to offer like “tire balancing” are free at other locations and she wanted to charge me an additional $45 for that “service.” I do think your customer service representatives can help us consumers by sharing coupons. I found a $35 coupon on my own time and Viviana seemed annoyed I had shown it to her. Lastly, I don’t appreciate Norm Reeves HB calling me after I paid $300+ on service for my car asking me if I want sell my vehicle because they are interested in older Honda’s//if I want a new car. I felt disrespected after paying a large sum of money on my current vehicle. It once again validated that Honda only cares about my money.
