Just to let you know on your main website it says to text, email or call. I tried the text twice to set my appointment for service and it does not work. Try it yourself, nobody ever gets back to you, I had to call.

I took my car in for a loud clicking noise. Your technician diagnosed it as an axle that needed to be replaced and kept my car overnight to replace it. The very next day, (today) the same exact noise is still there. I need to bring it back to get it correctly diagnosed and repaired.
