Great Service. Service advisors should have service awards that they are work hard for customer satisfaction. They are the frontliners to meet customer demands and expectations. They are the closers of every repair transactions. I highly commend them for making this dealership for winning customer hearts for the services they received. It's not about customer, it's the integrity of the advisors, and the mechanics that stood their word that their hard work making customers come back again and again to this shop, making the customer being part of their Honda family, "taking care of them as they take care of their cars also. Lastly, there should be loyalty program for customer incentive who repair their vehicles in this shop most of the time, eg free oil change, tune up, cash rewards, discount, etc.

The car stayed overnight and the problem was not fixed. The car must not have been driven more than a few blocks if it didn’t happen for the service guy to see. My opinion is that he didn’t understand about electric cars. An electric car needs time to warm up, weather conditions have an impact on the electricity working? Nope. I could understand if it wasn’t electric. The problem exists everyday and at all times and is completely unacceptable. Will be submitting a Consumer report.
