I have had Lilia help me three times at Norm Reeves Honda and she always has a great, welcoming attitude. If I wasn’t a broke kid, I would’ve bought the B1 full service just on her helpfulness alone. It was nice of her to also have my car washed and I couldn’t tell if it was ro be complimentary or because I pulled up in the service line and left a bunch of dirt on the drive but I appreciated it nonetheless. She was also kind enough to list the future maintenance as well as the prices for them that I will need on my next visit. I am hopeful Lilia is the one to help me again when I return for my next oil change and full service. See you guys soon!

Jacob was amazing!! I just moved to Huntington Beach a few months ago and this was my first time bringing my car into Norm Reeves and Jacob exceeded my expectations in all ways. He was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident I have a place I can trust to take the best possible care of my S2000.
