I brought my van in for a flat tire and oil change. When I came to pick it up, the spare tire was in the trunk, not stowed in its proper place. I had to ask to have it put back correctly. Then when I started my car, the oil change light wasn’t turned off. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up being closer to 25 minutes, and I missed taking my kids to their swim lessons because of it.
