Tony has been the person I have dealt with in the service department the last two times I have made an appointment. He does a fabulous job explaining the recommended maintenance services needed. He is very personable and courteous and helpful. I will be requesting him each time I come in. I was sad to see Lily go as she was my go to girl for the last 5 1/2 years and now happy to have someone like Tony to help me.

I recently bought a used 2018 Honda civic with 32k miles and ran into an issue with the AC after about 3 weeks. I noticed AC fails to blow cold air continuously although It does work good at times. After reading up about the issue online & consulting my mechanic i found Honda has issued an extended warranty towards this issue as they found the factory condenser has a leak. I took my car to this dealership after calling them, since they confirmed it is indeed covered through the said extended warranty before i make my appointment. When i got there, service agent asked me to pay $160 to run a diagnostic. I asked him, why do i have to pay that, as i already know my AC is not working properly and it is known that Honda is covering this issue through their warranty because 2016-2021 civic models have a factory condenser fault. He said, it could be my condenser or the evaporator. Evaporator is not covered through the warranty although the condenser is. He said evaporator repair would cost $1800. In order to find which is the problem they need to charge me. I didn’t agree to pay $160 for diagnostic. Then he said it’s okay, he will still get it checked since i was doing my oil change on the same day as well. After the service he came back to me saying condenser is good and it’s not leaking. I asked the agent what kind of test they ran to check if it’s not leaking. He said they just visually checked the condenser and it doesn’t have any leaks. Honda has published a detailed diagnostic procedure for this matter. I asked the agent without performing the procedure how can you be certain my AC is good. Because I already know my AC is not working properly. Then he said since I didn’t pay $160 they couldn’t run the complete diagnostic. They basically held me at ransom of their manufacture fault. If you read up online, this issue is well known, and honda is covering for their clients who own their cars. But this dealership is taking advantage of the customers who come in to get this issue fixed. While i was waiting for my service i talked to the lady who was sitting next to me after i overheard she is going through the same issue like me and she was told by her service agent it is not an issue with her AC condenser but the evaporator and they quoted her $1300 for the service which she later declined. It is funny how this dealership scam people in daylight as i was told it will cost $1800 for the same service for same year and model as hers to repair/replace evaporator. (Note: she had paid $160 diagnostic fee) I asked to speak to their service manager, Catherine. She was not able to resolve my problem, neither she had any technical knowledge. I just wasted my time talking to her. When i asked my service agent (Molina) that i like to speak to their service Manager, he responded to me in a rude manner saying it loud. “ alright, alright, you wanna speak to a manager. You wanna go that way!” He said it loud so everyone can hear. Maybe he thought he could belittle me by doing that for raising my concern. I would not return to this place again. Highly disgusted with the level of service received. Disrespectful! Unprofessional. I wonder what kind of scam/poor service standard the management of this dealership maintains. Note: after leaving this dealership, driving home for about 20 minutes I started having the same issue with my AC.

She got snarky about "recommended" service. Time before were tensioner wheel and air filters. This time were air filters and brake fluids. She said something about "we've told you this several times before." As if to make me feel guilty. (Besides, if tensioner wheel was the problem then, why wasn't it a problem now??)

Never fixed the audio unit completely. I sent back my car over 7-8 times with same issues since 2019. I got new vehicle. I couldn't get any loaner car. How did you stated that this is not the Honda's problems. I was very disappointed and exhausted to bring back the car.
