Could be more positive. I still need tires for car. I offered to get at service but tires not available. Never offered to order for me…. Also HB Honda finance sales oversold the extended warranties and made false claim promises that service writer said were not covered. So “all scratches and dings” not covered but bird poop and road tar is…Service writer needs to pick a side and he wouldn’t back up my claim that they overstated extended coverages. So I think he could be more positive and helpful. That’s a extra 800-1000$ paid warranty to cover maybe 200-300$ recondition job.
