He walked me through everything they did and helped me with a game plan for upcoming services needed! My husband asked if I wanted to start taking my car to another oil change place and I said “Nope! I was completely blown away by the Service John Le gave. I am a single parent without alimony or child support living in OC where $75k/yr is considered low income so I have not gone to a dealership for over 10 years.
