I was disappointed, and frankly mad about the quality of work performed during my Express Oil Change Service. The technician who inspected my engine air cleaner and cabin air filter did not reposition the hose spring clamp between the air cleaner housing and valve cover and the cover plate to the cabin air filters was left loose and had not been latched into place.
