We have been bringing our CRV to Honda w the same problem for at least 10 years, w/ no luck on the problem getting fixed. Today Viviana was very professional and our concern on the car not being safe is not something she could fix. Today I waited 1/2 a day to find out the software upgrade I wanted was already done back in 2003. Hopefully Honda can help me resolve this problem before we go to another car make and model.
