Without doing a proper diagnostics I was given an estimate of almost $4,000 for ‘possible repairs’. My batter test failed. When I told John my battery was newly replaced by a Honda dealer in Texas, he said he cannot look at that. He was asking me for a paper invoice for a replacement that was done an year back. How can something like battery replacement not appear on my VIN and why should Customers be asked to keep trial of paper bills? My Van was also not washed and given. It was just placed in a parking lot and I was asked to go pick it up.

AC condenser issue on my certified preowned Honda Civic. Rep was friendly, but felt very taken advantage of after this factory recall won't be covered, diagnostic was never even run, and Honda not honoring both a known recall or my extended warranty. I've seen the service advisory sent to dealerships online and believe this should be covered at no cost to me. No assistance was given and I spent 4 hours of my day for no diagnostic to even be run during that time: "I could take your money, but Honda will still not cover the cost of the repair." So you will not check to see if the condenser degraded on its own due to corrosion (recall issue), you just assume I caused the damage, and I'm stuck with the bill. When I went out of my way to spend $2000 on an extended warranty for my purchase. Never again. I will elevate to Honda Corporate and shop to other servicers, but overall, my opinion of Honda has really been damaged. And I'll likely consider even pricier service options (mom and pop shops) to avoid funding a corrupt company that doesn't look out for customers when this is a KNOWN AC CONDENSER ISSUE. Very disappointed with this service and brand.

Eivette and the service team were great problem was the windshield vendor who's product either damaged the front windshield. I am happy ziggy an his team are looking into this issue and gets taken caare off no cost to me as I had nothing to do with no sand storms (etc.)
