No one pick up the phone when i called to ask to pick me up. I called a few times. Ao i had to get an uber to get to norm reeves and get my car back.

All the employees at Honda were wonderful, but I just want to flag that another customer in the waiting room harassed me and another girl. He inappropriately touched me during a conversation and I witnessed him asking the young girl to come sit with him when she clearly did not want to. I should have pointed it out to an employee while he was still there, but I honestly was a bit shocked and was trying to minimize the situation. I know there’s probably nothing to be done at this point, but I think it’s important for employees (and people in general) to be looking out for their customers, especially young women who are alone.
