Brought my car in for an oil change today and now the head lights won’t turn on. I always keep them on the auto setting they would turn them off when I bring the car in for service but all I have to do is just turn it right back to auto this time they won’t turn on at all. I am calling the dealer first thing in the morning they have to fix this issue.

The whole experience went just fine. I told them what I needed to be done to the car. It was service for the oil change and the brake check. I was told in the service that I had prior to this that I would probably need the brakes done soon. I was advised over the phone of the needed brakes, and I had it done. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed with the situation. I was persuaded by Honda finance associate at purchase of vehicle back in 2017 to purchase extended warranty with Diamond Fusion and Simonize to help protect windshield from cracks and leather from stains and fading. Since then I have already gotten two episodes of cracked and chipped windshield within the last 5 years and leather on seats and steering wheel are already stained and fading even after cleaning. When it was brought up to the Service department, the advisor made it seem so easy to get these issues taken care of at first. Advisor told to leave car the next day for crack to be fixed and vehicle to be fully detailed. Arranged to have car left at Honda at 750am and was promised to get car back by 2pm with crack on windshield fixed and car fullly detailed. When I arrived to Honda at 4pm, crack was “fixed” but still visible and Vehicle was not fully detailed as promised originally. Did get a “mini detail” that was unsatisfactory. . Norm Reeves Honda in HB over promises and under delivers! Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.
