Waited two hours then went to check status in error service writer did not send electronic information therefore my vehicle sat unattended. She was nice and I understand “human error” but did she completely block me, her customer, from her memory? Please don’t be angry with her please maybe more of a team “move vehicles through” I don’t know but a few years ago I would have gone ballistic, am retired. She was extremely professional and apologetic. No charge for service but I did pay for a part. I will return.
