I vetted is the best service writer I have ever dealt with! She is professional, efficient and knowledgeable yet also kind, friendly and patient.
A request I have is for the technicians to refrain from zeroing out the trip odometer, and leaving the car tires alone when asked. A return of service reminder stickers on the windshield would be quite helpful.
