You have express oil change service. I was asked if I had an appt. I was told would be approx 2 hours after tech receives the car. Waited almost 3 hours when finding my service report laying on my service advisor’s desk which apparently went to lunch.
I don’t like to complain but the lady ssrvice manager they had before this guy was on top of things… I hardly ever saw her sit down. This manager sit and looked at his cell phone from my perspective(which could’ve been business oriented messages). Bottom line I came forward twice to ask about my Pilot. The service advisor that checked me out was extremely extremely polite… she went out of her way to find out about my Pilot… I appreciate wholeheartedly her effort to find out about my vehicle…. Had a problem from before with trans service. After 3 hours I was done. She asked if I wanted to test drive with I think an advisor to show the problem. At that point I was done. I brought the car in for oil change with a B1 code.
