1. I took 4 quarts of full synthetic mobile 1 engine oil 0W20 and the mechanic poured it all into the engine, even though the engine only need 3.5 quarts, so he overfilled it by 0.5 quarts.
2. They said that they were filled up all fluid but when I checked the engine coolant was still at the same level as before the service very low almost at minimum.I had to go back and ask them to fill it up.
