Benito was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me great recommendations and seemed very knowledgeable. Also he was very pleasant.
However, I do have a comment regarding the service overall:
The main reason I started going to the dealership for an oil change was the overall experience and the carwash at the end. But after COVID the carwash stopped and I thought it was related to limited employment during that time. But we're way past those time and it's still not offered anymore.
I think moving forward I'd just go to a quick lube which are conveniently located all over town and the service would be a fraction of the time without having to carve time out of my day and also for a cheaper price.
