I came on my appointment time 11:30, as per the advisor it will take up to 2.5 hours.
I asked the advisor for updates when I saw him after 2 hours, promised to come back to me, he did not, sent him message on the number provided by toyota when they got my car but again no answers. It took me up to 14:30 to get my car ready after me have to go speak with him for the 3rd time when I discovered that my car still not inn yet.
