John Le was fantastic. Engaged and communicative. However, with my vehicle having a fuel pump (recall), I would have appreciated knowing a gas smell would be present post service. Obviously it’s worrisome to have your garage filled with gas fumes and not knowing if this is okay.
And to Norm Reeves, run my car through the washer after services. You look cheap and not appreciative of your customers.
