Today was the 2nd day I brought my car back cuz of the loud noise. I was glad it happened right away as I got warned. It was worthy to wait for a couple hours because the engines ran smoothly like a new car now. When I just bought it, I was so disappointed cuz of that noise and Honda World employees weren’t honest. It seemed they didn’t need our business. However I’m happy with my decision by not coming back there anymore.

These problems were happened before as I just bought this car. I brought it back twice to Honda World where I purchased it. But I was told nothing wrong. So disappointed to hear that and I asked whoever claimed nothing wrong: How could you hear that noise if you didn’t drive the car? They were careless.
Finally I was satisfied with Ivette help. Every time, I brought the car to Honda Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach, no need to worry nor concern after the car got fixed. Job well done!
