This comment is not directed at Tony but my overall extreme displeasure with the dealership today. As I was checking out after my $300 service, I went to the parts dept to get a simple battery changed in our key. This turned into a nightmare. The guy who opened it was not in a proper state of mind. He tried to fit the wrong battery size in for 20 minutes while then dismantling and breaking the entire key. We left after an hour and 15 minutes of pure frustration with a key that can only be used manually now to open doors. They have ordered us a new key but that is honestly just to make up for they key the unfortunate worker broke. No compensation for the frustration or hour and 15 minutes of my wasted time. The lack of accountability was the most disturbing part.
