I accidentally my fab and it was not given back to me. I called Richard re this and he denies that he did not give it to me
I had put my second one in my purse to get 2 new batteries and that's how I got home but forgot to get new batteries.

I had a 7:45 appointment for my daughters 2013 crv. It was a simple B1 service plus a new key to be cut and programmed. The advisor told me that it would take 2-3 hours. It took 4 hours and 17 minutes. At no point did anybody call me and let me know they were running behind or they were having issues being short staffed. Meanwhile, I’m seeing all of your signs “express service“ “no appointment needed” WTF! How about, promise less and deliver more. Tell me it’s going to take five hours and then surprise me when it only takes four hours and 17 minutes. Anyway, my experience was ****.
