We are satisfied that an effort is being made to determine if a newly built part should have lasted longer than it did in relation to the mileage it lasted before breaking down after a repair. We are not happy that a part that normally lasts thousands of miles needs to be replaced after a tiny fraction of its expected life. If the Happy Honda guy wants to help us here we will continue to be Happy Honda customers.
