Tony is very courteous and polite. He is also very knowledgeable and efficient. Very good in communication as well. I was really happy and satisfied with the service I got. Tony went above and beyond. I was also inquiring about my options on getting a new lease. Bashar Qasam was also very customer oriented and efficient. The difference between dealerships are always the people/ team you have. This is what makes people choose you over your competitors. These two people who I met last Saturday really made a huge impact on my thoughts about staying with the same dealership to get a new car lease. It also encourages me to share my great experience to my family and friends.
