Ivette was polite, charming, and went above to honor requests to make certain my work day wasn't disrupted (that I'd still receive notice about my car's status without potentially missing urgent calls about needed repairs).
Outstanding, couldn't possibly have been more pleasant for something that's generally considered unpleasant.

Ford dealerships wash your car after every service at no charge. Also constant communication via text thru the process as well. I had to call to get an update of my car 5+ hours after dropping off.

I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. My service advisor, Clay, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car. I especially appreciated that he took the time to point out other things to keep an eye on beyond the original reason for my visit. Even though this isn’t the closest Honda dealership to me, I’ll definitely continue bringing my Honda here because of Clay and the great service he provided. Thank you, Clay!
