Clayton handled everything professionally and with a lot of patience. He explained the situation clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. I felt confident leaving my car in his care.

Unfortunately my recent service from Clayton Enick was not good. My floor mat anchor had ripped out. I went through Honda customer service to ask for Honda good will on replacing the carpet. Honda agreed and the bottom carpet kit was ordered. After the installation I noticed the floor mat was not replaced even though the anchoring plastic parts were ripped out and therefore the floor mat could not be anchored down. Clayton said he would request to have the floor mat also covered by Honda goodwill, but I have not heard anything about it. When I got home I noticed a plastic cap covering the passenger seat where it screws to the floor was missing. I asked Clayton about it and the response was that it was missing when the car was brought it…not sure why that part would be missing as I noticed right away that something didn’t look right. Not good customer service, unfortunately.
