As always, Clayton did a great job. My family and I typically visit Huntington Beach each summer, driving in from Utah. The past two years, my college-aged sons have insisted on driving their almost 20-year-old Honda Civic with 250K miles separately so they can "have more freedom" instead of being cooped up with boring mom and dad in a minivan. What they haven't fully realized is that a 250k-mile car--even a reliable Honda--might not be the best candidate for long, interstate trips. I try to remind them that I bought that Civic cheap, fully understanding its advanced age and mileage, for the sole purpose of traveling within a 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City. But their typical response is, "Dad, you worry too much! It’ll be fine!" Obviously, Huntington Beach is about 700 miles outside of that 50-mile radius, so that means that boring dad who drives a minivan and worries too much has to pay for the inevitable repairs when everything isn’t fine, especially for a Civic that should be celebrating its golden years close to home. Fortunately, Clayton has been very helpful when those inevitable repairs appear, with his quick and patient responses to my dumb questions. I certainly have appreciated his help. But I'm hoping I can convince my sons to keep the Civic within the 50-mile radius next year. We'll see how that goes. Thanks again, Clayton!

I made an appointment for Xpress oil change. John Lee made sure that it wasn’t express and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, which was wonderful because I have an appointment to get to after that. As always waves, Linda service department is on top of everything.

Ivette knows I’m busy and she respects my time. 10 out of 10 I won’t use another service advisor ever, I’ll literally reschedule my appointments if she’s not available because she leads with honesty and integrity. I love that I don’t feel pressured or upsold on services. She takes her time explaining the benefits to each package.
