During my check-in inspection, I told Benito that the AC wasn’t blowing cold air and mentioned the parts that had been replaced previously. He looked at the condenser and noticed that it had been damaged and appeared to have a leak. His experience as a service writer is invaluable. I always appreciate his knowledge and honesty. A replacement condenser was ordered and my vehicle was repaired and returned the next day.
