Phenomenal experience with Benito Torres and Norm Reeves Honda! Benito made my service visit effortless. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and was provided updates first thing in the morning before opening. He also called for verbal updates and checked up with me once work was completed. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything that was performed on my vehicle and did a little extra research regarding my extended warranty.
