I have nothing but positive things to say about my car drop off with NR HB Honda. John Le was awesome and efficient. This guy is so hard-working that I only saw him running the field. This Honda dealership took care of all of the factory recalls and looked over a few other things for my vehicle. When we hand over your precious vehicle in for service or to anyone, we have expectations that it would be handled with care and these guys understood that. I will take my vehicle back to them anytime for future routine checkups, maintenance, and repair. Cheers!

Wildly unprofessional. Tony tried to charge me for my
Service when it was covered. If I didn’t point it out I would have been charged. Also the car was done and sitting for 20 minutes on the side. Once I’m done with my contracted oil changes, I will not be getting service there and will not be purchasing another vehicle from there.
