I have taken my Honda Civic for service at this location for 10 years. Best service ever. I noticed a change when I brought my car in for service. The whole customer service excellence had disappeared. Then I was given a quote of 5,600 to fix my air conditioner. This is unacceptable. I am going to buy a new Honda. Sadly I will not be purchasing my vehicle at this location.
